Day 01: Arrive Chennai

Meet our representative on your arrival at Chennai Airport. He will guide you to your pre-booked hotel. Do the mare formalities of check in. Spend the evening at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02: Chennai

After breakfast proceed for full day city tour of Chennai. Formerly known as Madras, Chennai is the metropolitan City of India. It is also the gateway to South India. There are various places to be explored in Chennai. Fort St. George, St. Thomas Cathedral, Chennai Museum, Kapaleeswarar Temple are the main attractions. After visiting these places visit Marine Drive. Marina Beach is the 2^nd longest beach in the world with the length of 13 kms. It is the best place for rest and relaxation in Chennai. Evening will be at leisure. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 03: Chennai – Kanchipuram – Mahabalipuram

After morning breakfast you will be driven to Mahabalipuram via Kanchipuram. Kanchipuram was the capital of Pallava Dynasty in the 7^th century.  Kanchipuram is considered among the top sacred cities of India. It is famous for Kailashnath Temple, Kamakshi Aman Temple and Ekambreswarar Temple. Apart from these magnificent temples, Kanchipuram is also famous for hand woven silk sari’s and fabrics. Later drive to Mahabalipuram. On arrival, check in to the hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 04: Mahabalipuarm – Thanjavur

This morning after breakfast, you will be proceeding to Thanjavur. On arrival, check in to the hotel. Thanjavur was the commercial hub during the period of Cholan dynasty. It is a popular pilgrimage destination famous for Brehadeeswarar Temple dedicated to lord Shiva. Tajore Museum, Art Gallery and Palace are other attractions in of the Thanjavur. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay in hotel in Tanjore.

Day 05: Thanjavur – Trichy [45 kms] – Madurai [145 kms]

Today after breakfast proceed for Madurai. En-route visit do the sightseeing tour of Trichy. Visit the Rock Fort, Ganesha Temple, Amma Mandapam, Sri Ranganatha Sawami Temple. Later drive continue to Madurai. On arrival, check in to the hotel. Spend the evening at the leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Madurai.

Day 06: Madurai

After breakfast, proceed for city tour of Madurai. Madurai is one of the major Industrial places in the state of Tamilnadu. It is also a good educational hub. There are so many places to be explored in Madurai. Start your sightseeing with visiting of Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple. The 1000 pillar’s Temple is dedicated to Maa Parwati the consort of Lord Shiva.  Also visit the Thirumalai Naik Palace, Tiruparankundram rock temple, Chennai Museum.  Evening you will be free to roam around the local market. Overnight stay at hotel in Madurai.

Day 07: Munnar – Periyar ( Thekkady)

Today leave for Thekkady a well known wildlife destination in the region of Kerala. Main attraction will be doing the boating in Periyar. Enjoy watching the animals and different species of birds. Later visit the Spice Gardens and Tea Estate. Overnight stay will be at hotel in Thekkady.

Day 08: Thekkady – Alleppey (Deluxe Houseboat)

Today leave for Alleppey a fabulous backwater destination. This place is also know as “Venice of The East”. Arrive at Alleppey House Boat boarding point where our House Boat staff will be awaiting for your welcome. House boat tour of Alleppey is an amazing experience. It is the best way to explore the lush greenery and the real life of Kerala People.  All meals will be served during your stay at House Boat. Relax and overnight stay will be at House Boat.

Day 09: Alleppey – Cochin (80 kms)

After delightful breakfast, proceed for Kochi. Visit the famous Dutch Palace (Closed on Friday and Sunday, opening time 9:30 am to 4:00 pm), Jewish Synagogue, Jews Street, St. Francis church, Chinese fishing net. Later drive to Munnar. Munnar is one of the best hill stations in South India. Later, check in to the pre-booked hotel. Relax and overnight stay.

Day 10: Kochi (Departure)

After a hot breakfast, we will transfer you to the Kochi International Airport to board the flight for onward destination.
